Cole Hayes is an associate in the firm of Moon Wright & Houston. Before joining the firm, Cole was a judicial law clerk for the North Carolina Supreme Court and spent four years serving as a judicial clerk with the United States Bankruptcy Court. He represents parties in corporate and individual bankruptcy cases as well as in commercial litigation. Cole, too, serves as a trustee in Chapter 7 cases.
