Bob Gourley has practiced bankruptcy law for over 20 years, including serving as a judicial clerk with the United States Bankruptcy Court. Bob owns his own firm in Statesville, North Carolina. He has served for over six years on the Bankruptcy Council of the North Carolina Bar Association, taught numerous bankruptcy courses to other attorneys and authored numerous articles on bankruptcy law. Most recently, he chaired the Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. Bob is a genuine master in representing debtors in Chapter 13 cases.
