For many years, Deborah Crowder practiced with a large firm in the areas of Bankruptcy, Banking, Commercial Law, Creditors’ Rights, and Commercial Litigation, representing secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, lessors, and committees in commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases. Earlier, she served as a law clerk to Judges in both the Western and Middle Districts of North Carolina. Now, Deborah is an attorney in the office of the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of North Carolina. In this role, she has overseen many hundreds of Chapter 13 cases, in which she serves largely to protect the collective interests of creditors.
